No, I don't anymore.  I certainly don't have time, nor is it necessary. There was a while when I would...or virtually everyday and many times even 10/week.  But, now prob 3-4 per week.

It's really only the key epic posts I write that generate my website traffic and leads.  So I say, blog less often, but blog better/higher quality stuff.  My goal is to simply write 1 high quality post on my website each month.  Sometimes, I do 2.  On here I will also write several fluff posts.  These fluff posts don't do much for my biz, although some help create relationships here and that helps.  And, many are just mental breaks for me...they help my mind.  And, those are well worth it for me.

I do find something to write about almost everyday. Sometimes it might be geared to the membership, but then I post to members only. 

Almost, but if I don't the world doesn't end.  I try to stay in the habit of daily, but sometimes business and sometimes life gets in the way.

Yes, for the most part.   I get many calls from the public, as well as AR referrals.   It has become a habit that is fun and enjoying.

Yes I do like taking my daily vitamin. The day doesn't feel right without it.

Hi Ginger, I try to do two posts a week. I think I would run out of things to say if I did it every day. Although, I am sure that if you did, like William Feela, you would rank pretty high in the search results.
