It has to be done some time. 8 MEG is not always that large. I do not like when clients do not use PDF's and scan them into JPGs or TIFFs from a scanner and they are huge. If PDF was the standard it would be a better scene.

Not a good idea to send large files as some email programs will not accept the,  There are many ways to reduce file sizes prior to emailing.  I'm not a big fan of using some file sharing services for sending sensitive documents.

Good morning Praful. I get large attachments all the time, as I do mortgages in eight states. It becomes a personal thing for most of my clients, some email, others fax yet others will overnight.

I would do this to a client or other agent if they are expecting it. Sometimes you just have to send a lot of stuff.

Depending on the size of the file, I use a free service called Transfer Big Files. But I don't mind receving big files.

If the recipient has an ISP that limits file size then Google Drive, Skydrive or Dropbox provides and 'extra step' solution.

File size is less an issue than what could be attached to that file. We should all be running a VPN to keep our vital interests protected.
