Debbie - The go-to person is my broker - she is awesome. As a backup, my former broker is now an agent with me under the same broker, and she is always more than helpful to answer any questions I may have as well.

I guess I am pretty lucky.

I'm one of them but fortunately we have several go-to people.

I have a lovely lady that will help me with anything I need.  I do the same for her.  Any guesses who that might be?

Being the Broker, I find the answers myself, I am the Go-To person for my agents.

My broker has been in this business since just after dirt was invented. He's a great resource. Agents from other offices call him, too. 

There are so many seasoned and wonderful agents in our office. I always go to the MB but everyone in my office is pretty wonderful and helpful.

Since I started my own business, I don't have a managing broker to go to, but my previous broker and I always bounce things off each other.  Have a couple other brokers to go to also.

I'm it.  

Our broker is unbelievable.  A call or an e-mail and the question is answered completely and quickly.  For a complex case a face to face is never discouraged.

We have half a dozen brokers-in-charge and other staff--so plenty of help around.

Good morning Debbie. There are a couple of go to people in my office, as all of us are pretty experienced.

One of the things I really like about being a real estate broker on my own is that I am that go-to person. Rather than asking anyone else's "advice", I go to find out what the answer is, whether legal or procedural.  I love the challenge of working out problems! To make matters even more interesting, I do this in 2 different states, HI and CA, each with different rules and regulations. 

The managing broker is the go to person. However, many highly successful agents are daily resources for fresh ideas.

We are pretty much on our own. As for procedural questions our admin who handles the transactions has been doing it a long time and would rather answer your question on how to do something Vs getting it wrong.

Debbie, the ultimate go to person is our managing broker or our broker. Nevertheless, agents should try to find out the answer themselves first doing research and using the Florida legal hotline.  

We answer and take care of all our issues.

I am the person people come to for answers prior to us getting legal advise.
