Chris - If you go to your home page and select points from the list on the left, that will take you to your points page. You should see near the top of the page a sentence that says, "What's the fastest way to get points?"
Just click on the "Invite your colleagues to Active Rain" link and that's it.
All you need is their name and email address to send a request.
I am sure there may be other ways to get there, but this is how I know how to do it.
