I have worked w/ Michael George and know him well and been thrilled w/ his knowledge and results. He has been rather busy now as he is in high demand. I know several others on here who have worked w/ him as well and been very happy. While he has not been on AR lately, he has been a member for a long time...at least since 2008, but likely in 2007 or 2006.
