COMMUNICATION!!! I have assisted my Broker on a few deals now and the lender that we sent the client to will attempt to communicate with the buyer but not keep us in the loop. I wish they knew that we have the ability to help them get the information they need. Just a simple email or phone call that says "Hey we need more info from the buyer." Then we could get the buyer to call and keep the flow going.
