Yes and yes. 

Charlotte has been a huge mecca for new construction for many, many years. And, yes I do participate, as many of my sales are new construction, but not as a lsiting agent, as most of our new construction is with large national or regional companies who have their own on-site sales force.

There is not a lot of new construction in my area (real estate is at a premium here). There are some rebuilds, though.

And, no I do not search for this as it is low margin and not an attractive target for me.

I was supposed to the sales office near my home for local builders. My friend Gloria has passed away that is the end of sad story.

Lots of it and yes we take our customers there to register them with the selling office.

Yes.  We work with builders small and large.  Right now any inventory is welcome.

yes and yes.....  if your area is not flooded with new homes, you have the ideal opportunity to be THE ONE who opens those flood gates.... throw them open widely and watch your business soar .... and you'll be known as the Eagle who leads the way.....  happy father's day to Larry....

Good morning Evelyn. I am very fortunate to work with many builders, that constantly send me mortgage business, they also know that I send them business as well.

There is some construction, but it has been improving.  Not part of it yet.
