I still do :)    I'm not out digging ditches, nor sitting in some cubicle.  I see beautiful homes every day, some on pristine waterfront, most with wonderful people  (some, not so much!)

We are fortunate to do what we do and get paid handsomely for it.

Not easy but interesting.

It beats many jobs.  One of our clients was cutting hair initially, and another was gluing hair for wigs and were both single moms.  Both now make seven figures today.

No; however I am one of those who had an agent, I knew I could do better, who did nothing! I knew an agent who I had the utmost respect for who thought I had what it took. I knew I would work hard for my money...

No!  I grew up with a 70 hour a week Realtor Mom so I knew what was coming.

No. But, I did see real estate as an opportunity to make more money that a salaried position.

No way.  I never thought it would be a walk in the park.

No not ever.  Many got into the business in 2005 thinking it was easy money and made money.  But you have to think about the long haul.

Like just about any endeavor there is no simple answer. If you are passionate about what you do some things come easy, others however can be the opposite. if it was always easy then i would be bored, or I would think I am not reaching my full potential.

No, I knew you could make a lot more money working hard in it as opposed to working hourly. 

I think this is a big problem with new agents though, they watch those million dollar listing shows that really show none of the work and show the big checks they make. Some new agents expect that, most of them never renew their license after the first year I've found.

It is easy to make the money but the money is not easy ... it is the reward of many things that we cannot count the cost of ... there is alot invested into us to become the "closer" ... it started even before we entered the career!

No , having several family members in the real estae industry i was fully aware of the hard work and attention to detail that is required to meet client expectations

I undersood it to be more of a challeange.  It would take time to build a stable foundation with persistance and determination. 

Captian Wayne, I cannot say working in Real Estate is easy money, however Real Estate itself is easy money. My Father always said, there is money in dirt, dirt meaning ground. So in answer to your question, yes, real estate is easy money!!

No, but general people think that every Realtor makes lots of money. They do not realize the amount of work we do and abuse we take along with rejections.

No.  Everyone knows the 80-20 rule.

When it's going good and everyone's happy it's great. It can be very exciting, other times it's gets so crazy I have to laugh to keep my head. I would agree with Michael not easy but interesting.

Not at all.  We work many long and hard hours, with no days off, and working through vacations.  I enjoy working my niche since I do get to meet and speak with fellow horse people and see many different types of horse properties.  Every transaction is an adventure.

I dont think its easy money. It requires a lot of work and input. But if you are passionate about it like us, you can do wonders in the real estate sector. I firmly believe in this quote: "The best investment on Earth is Earth"

Yes I did.  It is one of the rumor things because I have never known a real estate agent either.

Nope,  I had no idea how much money could be made.   Never thought about it.

Not easy in the sense of an undemanding or a light work schedule. Yes, easy in the sense I knew I could handle it.

At times yes and other times it is extremely difficult. I guess it all balances out to what we call work. 

Never thought that. What I wanted was to be in control of my own destiny.
