No I am starting my weekly diet today. That is, every Monday I start a diet and by Tuesday it's over.

Up at 4am, at the gym at 5am back at 6:30am...I don't think an eclair, donut, or bagel are in my future!

I made eclairs once when I was very young.  They were delicious and I rushed over to my counsin Bruce's house to share them with him.  

I had been avoiding them but now that I know it's a holiday I can see some Edwards Mini Chocolate Eclairs migrating from supermarket to the freezer, our freezer. Nobody can eat just one!

I love chocolate eclairs. I have since I was very young. I will not be having one today because I have my favorite yellow cake with chocolate frosting left over from Fathers Day to eat.
