Realtor.com if we are smart. Realtor .com is at least a Professional site, unlike Zillow!

I think they're both going to sizzle and die and I can not wait for that day.

Zillow is acting desperate.,,,,that rate hike they tried to pull a couple months ago, the withdrawal of several hundred MLS subscribers the shenanigans about the "coming soon: platform all and Realtor.coms making a comeback all lend me to vote for Realtor.com. and to cheer them on.

I have no idea. My preference is Realtor.com even though I normally avoid all parts of the Murdoch Empire.

Realtor.com could have had the market cornered and they blew it. But Zillow and Trulia still seem to be where the young consumers go....hopefully Realtor.com can bounce back

I think lots of changes are coming in so many ways. A

Guess I will jump on this question as well. Zillow is full of inaccurate info.
They are a great reason why we...as consumers...should not trust half of what shows up on the first page of any search.
Don't take my word for it...type in your own address in your browser and see how inaccurate Zillow is in regards to your home.

What are the rules? Are the players Z and R or the consumers and those of us working in the industry?
I don't know the answer to your question but I can be relatively sure there will be more changes in our industry.
