Not yet but it seems traffic is getting worse every week.

LOL, I used to live in California and do speak that language! Transplanted to beautiful Kauai which does not have any freeways, and our "highways" are mostly two lanes. That's one lane for each direction... yes, island life really is easy living.

I moved to Martin County FL specifically to get away from these kinds of problems.
Haha not in this country my friend.In other major cities public transportation plays a much larger role. Philadelphia had it in pockets on I-95 and I-76, but not like here. I dread merging from the 405--->55 Northbound......all traffic, all the time.
It can get pretty bad, but not that bad. It's scary to drive in some countries, just crazy.
