I started with Dun and Bradstreet, did US Sales & Contracts.  I worked for a pecan company as National Sales Director for 1 year and been a Realtor for the past 8 years.  I like to joke with clients, as a 3rd Generation Realtor I should have known better and got a "real job".  It is a good fit for me.

Joe Petrowsky I originally worked for the Federal Government. In real estate I had two careers. I started out in residential and moved over to full time commercial real estate 20 years ago.

I was a horse trainer & riding instructor 

I was in the automobile industry for 25 years. 

Five different careers before that!

After market auto part sales for 25 years.  Midnight DJ and worked with my Dad in his insulation business. 

I started out in Real Estate right out of college, actually started while i was still in college and hit the ground running after graduation. Got my license at 18 and that was 29 years ago.  

my first career was that of a teacher (biology, chemistry, geometry, general science plus health and physical education)......I loved teaching but the pay was absurd and there were too many vacations....made me crazy.... then I was the mother of three after teaching for 2 years.... then real estate...

Social worker and worked in family business which was equipment lease finance business. 

I was a purchasing manager, prior to that I held 3 other positions with the same company.

I was a cop for 29 years.  I also loaded 105 MM howitzer ammo for the Army

I was a Marketing Director.  This is really my 2nd career.  (But, I will mention I was a legal asst for a couple of years, but never considered that a career - for me).

4. I worked as an electrician. I have a real passion for what I am doing now.

I was an airline pilot prior to this Joe.  I would have stayed in that profession except that bankruptcy of the airline and preserving my pension made me take an early retirement.

I opened my first real estate office right out of law school. I had no other careers.

I was in retail -- starting off on the sales floor in high school/college, department manager, assistant buyer, buyer, store management and planning department.
