Not here. I just tried to get my step son a ticket from Knoxville to here anywhere around the 4th.  Cheapest was over $700, plus plus plus plus.

No we are generally super busy during this holiday every year.

I am having a large cellebration so I really hope so.

It is time to take a break and celebrate our country.  There is a lull in this corner of the states. A

A high percentage of families will have holiday events on their minds. The holiday is on a weekend this year and I would not spend a lot of real estate marketing money on that weekend.

It will depend on the weather, rain means calls, sunny weather means i stay busy with current customers and existing transactions.

I participate in several races during that week and have deliberately blocked time. 

July 3, around midnight, 6,000 of my closest friends will be participating in the MIDNIGHT RUN! Ten miles illuminated by candle-like luminaries and a opportunity to enter Honeymoon Island State Park in absolute darkness.  For over 12 years this has been the last thing I do July 3rd or the very first thing I do July 4th since the big race starts after midnight.

Yes, always.  ... Although we are always slammed with sand & refinish jobs as some need to be done while people are away.

Currently still VERY busy, but I expect it to be slower next week and beginning of following week.  For that reason, I always plan some projects for this time of year.  (My 2010 project was joining AR and learning abt SEO).

Not really, no closings or anything that weekend or days around it but before and after it is as usual. All the cities I work in June/July/August is busy season.
