I hope that the owners were asked if RE people could plant the flags. It's not indicative of not being American by owners taking them down, maybe they just wanted to be asked? Not sure if I understood the question right.

Ann, my first question is, did they have permission? I don't know about doing that. I mean, I am patriotic, but that is almost like putting pink flamingos out on someones lawn.
