Yes. In fact, I finished in the top 1% of all Realtors in Tucson, AZ last year. I had my best year ever last year (8 years in the industry). I have already sold more/under contract this year than I did all of last year, and it is July. As interest rates continue to rise, I will be lucky to sell what I sold YTD this year in July all of next year.

All great responses, personally I am down from last year's total. Partly because I paid to much attention to one source and waited to long to alter. Momentum is everything in this business. The worst part is the feeling you have and having to start from scratch to get things going again.

I am also ahead of my goals for 2015. This year I have gotten a couple of referrals from Realtors. Most of my business came from past client referrals or past clients in general. I have been nurturing a few sellers who have been on the fence since last year. Hopefully they will "pop" this year. I am also focused on picking up a few buyers to finish out the year strong.
