Where? And I guess it depends on definition of bubble. Here in Tucson AZ we hit bottom in Sept 2012 and seen nice double digits since. I keep thinking things will slow down but they have not. With interest rates on the rise, I suspect things cool off. Might be a good thing to prevent said bubble.
