Are you talking about closing ratio on internet leads, on refered or SOI leads, or on listings? Different kinds of leads have different ratios.

Nina Hollander, I'm tracking all leads (that I want to work with) regardless of its source (SOI, internet, farming, etc.). But I wonder if it's common to include "leads" that you dont care for, or just calling for information.
