Haha kidding aside, I think Ben has a vision for the site, and often times the grandest plans require slow & steady implementation and growth - if Ben is going to bring this platform to it's full potential, it'll be years before the best time to pass along the baton will come. This site, from a profit standpoint, has huge potential, but requires a lot of work and forward thinking.

I would not separate AR content into two groups one for consumers and the another side for professional realtors . I think AR is unique and should bridge consumers and realtors together and not separate them .
