What are the best BPO companies to work for? I have done many BPO's and so far my favorite company is Clear Capital. However I would love to do more bpos for other companies.

BPO's are great supplemental income. I still do on occasion. Great source for potential listings and keeps you on target on what the market is doing, and you are being paid for it. You do enough BPO's you will have a better knowledge than most as to what is going on. Goodman Dean, NVS, SLS, Asset Valuation, and Solutionstar. All pay well and may possibly get an REO here and there.

I have always heard from realtors that BPO's are a waste of time (and gas). I don't think it even pays for your time. I would refocus your effort on marketing for listings (or even buyers).

I did BPO's and I am not a fan of them or the companies who hire agents to perform appraisals they are do cheap to pay for.
