Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Tacoma Washington I too use ShowingSuite and have for many years.  I love to personalize for each listing and I think for that reason, my 97% response rate is pretty good.

I very rarely get asked for feedback when I show others listings which I always find kind of strange.  If they do call or email me, I will respond as honestly as I can without giving away my Buyer's hand.

I try to so the agent has feedback to share. The other reason is if I ignore them they continue to come in for about a week.

YES and why, because the right thing to do is at least let the listing agent know we were there, and thank them. So many do not and it makes it hard on a listing agent with a owner occupied seller looking for feedback.

Yes, I do. It doesn't take but a few minutes of my time and it's one way of establishing good relationship with the agent. Like what Sandy Padula and Norm Padula, JD, GRI said, so I don't get inundated with the following requests. lol

Automated feedback requests get a thumbs down from me both as a listing and selling agent.   I'm not a big believer in feedback unless it involves an offer or an agent telling me that an issue arose during a showing.

Show me an offer and let's talk...

I do not answer feedback requests from anyone.  I believe they are a waste of time.  In a perfect world an agent would be honest with the selling agent but in our society they gloss over things and give pat answers which make the call a total waste of time.

I do.  I prefer that an agent call and ask because most answers don't fit into the choices given, but I'll provide feedback that way if that's how they want it.

Yes.  I appreciate when agents give me feedback and always give them the same courtesy.  Many times this feedback can help them address issues with the Seller.  I know I use it.
