Ignore em & they'll go away. Report em & they'll go away faster.
Yes, this is spam. Others got the same message w/ Canadian number. Just ignore (and/or report it to support).
Hello. I'm not following you but your question is on the Q&A section where every member and non-member can read and answer the question. As to the message, it could be legit, but most probably spam. Spammers don't discriminate whether you're a newbie or experienced. You can engage by asking a few questions, but since you're not available to work with anybody anyway, refer the person out or ignore it completely. Best of luck!
I have received something like this in the past. I think since your profile clearly states that you are real estate student. I would delete it and move on.
Good morning Michael Vollbrecht,
Delete and place as spam.
Sounds like a scam to me, some sort of phishing, people trying to get your SSN or something like that. You should definitely classify this mail as spam!
Yeh, any agent got that messages that translates: I want you to work hard for nothing. Those people do find someone too desparate to work for drops hoping that one day that 'big pay of working with investors'' will come. Good luck.
Spammers are members of AR too and have access to the membership roster until they are banished.
I have not seen that kind of a message.
