If you have the technical ability, you could consider developing your own and attaching an inexpensive toll-free number to it.

I have been using buyeracquire dot com for a few + years. Good service for the price. The main reason I started using it was a back-up to flier boxes being empty so sellers would quit calling every time fliers are gone. Over the last year or so I have noticed a drop off in calls. I think it's because of mobile technology which makes it easier for people to just pull up listings on their cell phone.

It's more than just adding sign rider . You have to write scripts then record them and then do the follow up . I recommend the person who follows up also records the message as the voice recognition is importsnt. I used to wear a shirt with an 800 number in both sides and the shirt said " best kept secret about foreclosures." 

I would not suggestbuying a system, I would suggest partnering with a loan officer that provides it.

If your not using it I would say USE IT ASAP!!

Hi Michael, before investing in one of these systems, do some research into the Current effectiveness of these systems.  With the prevalence of cell phones and the removal of payphones, you don't see nearly as many 800 numbers out there anymore.

A good caller id capture system may be more effective and much less costly.
