Who has a custom home search app they are using successfully?

Does anyone have a custom home search app that they are using? If so, who designed it for you and have you found it to be effective? What do you like about it? What has your feedback been from clients & prospects? Our company (Keller Williams) and our MLS have apps we can utilize but I'm not crazy about them. I'd like to have one that is sleek and that is in line with our team's branding. I don't mind paying up front to have it customized but would rather not have a huge ongoing cost. Thoughts? Ideas?

The app that our MLS has developed is not user friendly. I've had several clients sign up for it and abandon it for Zillow or Redfin. And the KW app is all red and black.... So neither is a great alternative for me... Really nobody out there has something they are using? I'm not talking about developing my own app, just customizing something that's already built. And obviously, Gary Mellott, I'm not planning to spend $100K, so I guess we can't talk.. LOL..
