Yes, yes and no.
I am not sure that we are allowed to blog about other agents listings, so I don't go there. Perhaps we could if we get approval from the listing agent, or their broker.
Listings in my office can blogged about by other agents in my office. However beyond that it must (MLS rules) be an IDX link only.
I write about neighborhoods which have other people's properties but do not single them out and write about someone else's listing.
No, instead I blog about things I know my buyer clients are searching for online (neighborhoods/subdivisions, mortgage/lender tips, pre-approval, etc.). For me, this approach has worked best at generating new buyer clients.
