I know that the CEO has an open door policy, but I do hope that at some point he closes it for his personal life. As a broker/owner, I think my agents respect me more for setting times when my door is shut so that I can do my recruiting calls, go over the numbers for the office, meet one on one with agents for my purposes and to prepare for coaching and mentoring...as well as actually once in a while just sitting and doing nothing, making a personal call or going out for a personal errand or "early lunch".
