Good Tuesday morning Richie. IMHO, experience is knowledge! Why have beauty when you can have brains? If you had the brains you could have the money and get a facelift. Being self-employed gives you opportunities that being hired help cannot.

I respectfully disagree with Jack Lewitz .  Experience does not compute to knowledge.  Some of the worst agents I ever worked with were the most experienced.  Terrible contracts.  Terrible communication skills. Experience CAN develop into knowledge, for sure.  I will take knowledge. Knowledge with a passion to get better... and experience is ideal.    Brains over Beauty.  You can't always fix stupid, but there's always the extreme makeover option.  :-)  Beauty often fades.  No-one can ever take your brain away.   Self-employed over hired help for me.  I'm just too much of an out-of-the box girl to be hired help ever again.

Experience is knowledge . Being smart is important as long as you are not arrogant . Working for self means your the boss and nothing is better than that.
