If you find a good provider on Fiverr it's gold. The one thing to be careful with on Fiverr is the SEO stuff. A lot of that cheap SEO can actually cause negative results.

For anything serious I stay away from Fiverr, for a fun project or a logo in a blog etc it can be a good deal. I'd rather use elance.com which recently switched names to hire a professional for what I need.

Hillary - I have looked into fiverr.com, and it seems like there are some good deals on things, but I have never used anyone to do anything yet. I am still waiting to hear more results from people like you.
