Absolutely!  I will also make sure that the other party does not make a drama out of it.  Honest error, fessed up, move on!  I have zero tolerance for agents who want to make a big deal out of it.  I don't do it to them and expect the same professionalism in return.

Yes, I'd be too stressed to have it hanging over my head. Its easier to admit right away rather than later
