Debbie - This is always about the time of season that our market tends to slow down. Some of our kids are already back into school, and have been for a couple of weeks.
Plus, nobody likes to shop for homes when it is 110 degrees out, if they don't have to.

It's been quieter, Debbie Reynolds ... on the professional front and with the clients too. Lots of people wrapping up summer at this point and getting ready for a new school year. Combine that with high temps and humidity .. and it's taken a small toll.

The opposite actually. Our Spring market was NUTS. Homes were flying off the shelves. July 1 hit and everything slowed down. We still sold a good number of homes in July, but nothing like early Spring. The last week of July is when things started picking up again. And now it's nuts again. I think between the two of us we sold four or five this week! Zero complaints.
