It varies,but probably about 25% of our time is spent in paperwork. Not quite enough to get an assistant, but enough to be an irritant...
Good morning Jenna. It would be impossible for me to do that, I have two assistants that handle the paper chasing.
Good Saturday morning Jenna. I really streamlined all of my paperwork. I do almost all of my paper transactions electronically now.
I have one listing agent that takes hours to even respond to an email, other than her business is moving along just fine.
slow, irrisponsible and don't seem to care. Oh I forgot excuse making.
It seems with some vendors I do chase the paperwork and it is not only one call but takes several. Very frustrated.
Not only slower but some days in reverse. I can not believe the lack of work etchic in some, dont they get the goal is to get a sale to close?
2 weeks ago? I'd have said FAR too much. This past week & moving forward. No time at all. I've got an assistant now ; )
Not much, it seems that most is handled electronically.
I delegate this task to my assistant so I focus on creating business.
Jenna, it isn't a certain amount, but there is a lot of follow up needed, and fit it in between appointments, plus the beginning and end of day. Lenders are mostly all waiting until close to closing to finalize a file.
