Not just, but yes I do provide my 'friends' with info on new listings or price adjustments. FB is an ongoing conversation about many things.
Chris, I post Properties on my Business Page. I also have Agents that post live Videos of their Listings on their Private FB Pages. It's an excellent form of advertisement for sure.
I do post events for listings like open house, Chris Webb . I remember running a contest for 'guess the price' for some of my listings last year.

Posting too many listings on Facebook timelines is an easy way to get unfriended.
