Since we home office most are by appointment but we've had walk in business.  It's all good.

when we were located in a plaza, we did have some walk ins.... on occasion we will have someone now, but they usually just call....

We have large offices and walk in prospects are common. The bulk of the meetings are by appointment.

Offices in any tourist center, like downtown Dunedin, get a lot of walk in traffic.

My office is in neither location. So the REMAX brand brings in a whole lot of telephone calls.

Unfortunately, none in our Metro Office, where I'm currently located to centralize my relocation services. Our location is amazing for visibility from 2 freeways and a major shopping mall, but off the beaten track for walk ins. One of my goals is to build up my team to a size where we can justify our own location and walk-ins will be a determining factor. Our La Jolla office enjoys that perk from locals and tourists, but the office space there is at a premium.
