First time buyer purchasing a foreclosure.
Every bump n the road created EXTREME drama as their anxiety soared.
Then the unknown $210,000 code enforcement liens appeared. "Get me out of this agreement! I can't take anymore! Get me another house."
As calm a possible I continually assured the buyer, we can solve this, Stay in the game.
30 days after moving in they realized over $60,000 in equity.
Most memorable moment? When she said, "Thank you for keeping me in the game."
It's what I do.

I just had it...I was able to save an elderly couple from foreclosure and get them into a new townhome. Help from releatives was crucial along with a great lender.

I brought a big needy buyer together with a big needy seller and they were so happy, they both paid me big money. What I thought would be a routine deal turned out to be a generous one for all.

I would say the first sale ever, it's all new, fun, and the final amount was an even 400,000 dollars so the first check was nice....The buyers first name was also Man which is a pretty memorable first name.

With 30 years in this business, it's hard to remember one memorable moment. With that being said, one recently within the last few years, was taking the CDPE course, signing up on their member-directory and getting a call from Chase while taking another Designation course breaking for lunch. As it turns out it was a million dollar shortsale listing, that we sold for $725k cash. Though I made $21,750 in commissions, the seller got a Cash For Keys of 40k at closing.
Needless to say the course was worth taking for $500 or whatever it was.
