When they complete my automated, but personalized feedback form, they are thanked automatically.   When they are incorrect, I get in touch immediately.   For example:  "too much exterior maintenance needed"   I let them know the cedar siding was factory colour impregnated with a lifetime guarantee so there was zero maintenance, as there was no grass to cut and all gardens were planted with perenials.    You think BA would know the property they're showing or would at least know to ask questions - NOT!
