If you tune into the agents working for you or with you, it is not hard to figure out who is a keeper and who needs to go,

Don't get so caught up in statistics that you keep everyone who can turn a deal. Focus more on the quality of the agent, not volume.

I once fired my top producer over dishonesty...the kind of dishonesty that other brokers overlook.  As soon as word got out, there was a line of brokers wanting to hire him.

If you want to be in a class of your own, and not worry about competition, help/train your agents to be the best they can be.  Your office will only be as good as your worst agent.

It's not as much about the numbers as it is the standard of service. Got to represent the brand to its full professionalism.

I do.  They are very low.  So low in fact, that I choose not to have any team members.  I do it all myself, and everything gets done correctly and on time.  I realize at some point if I want to continue to grow I will need some team members (minions) but at this point in top 1% of all Realtors in Tucson, AZ all by myself.

My boss, Sandy has those expectations of me everyday!
