Twitter? I'd like to know how people are using Twitter to generate any business or traffic. It's a waste of time. Nobody reads your tweets about your real estate business or listings.
YouTube can work because you can rank your videos and people watch videos about real estate. They also act on them when you close the video with a call to action. The call to action at the end of the video can be no more than "Hey...click the link below the video for more information". This works!
Facebook ads work well because you can easily target your location with an ad. If you set it up right, it can be a steady flow of cost-effective leads.
