Old school...there just is something about feeling something in your hands

I do both, but I ask the seller. Sometimes it's printed brochures inside only for agents and their buyers. Outside I use a 24 toll free hotline # rider, or they can call me at the # on my sign.

The things I hand to others have very specific purposes and create the right environment for self-selection.
The ability to track consumer response to those things I hand them is readily available.
There must be a 'secret' society of telepathic real estate professionals who have earned the "Telepathy" designation and able to convey to the consumer the action needed through what is implied as 'NEW SCHOOL" practices.
I have not been offered this opportunity to share my hard earned dollars with the school of telepathy and must rely on the "OLD SCHOOL" principles of marketing and placing something durable, ever present and tangible in the hand of those I solicit. This does not mean I have no digital resources.

More than half don't want the papertrail and ask for everything electronically so I ask what their preference is and honor that,

Both. Not everyone appreciates fully digital communications....like we are shorting them. Doesn't have to be big - postcard, 1/2 sheet - all nicely done and with links.

I am paperless except for quality printed materials on our high end listings and simpler fact sheets available on other listing for those few who are still tech-phobic.

our brochures of each of our listings are professionally printed and placed in every one of our properties.....the same with new construction.... we also have the url for the property website on each printed brochure..... so, I do both online and offline .....

I let my buyer clients dictate what they want. If they are looking with their ipad of course I give them a pdf if they show up with nothing I give them handouts with a folder of office info, area info too.

Paul S. Henderson, Realtor, Tacoma Washington I'm pretty much paperless when it comes to Statements of Work, Memorandums, Proposals, etc., but if I leave something for the client in person, I like it to be old school paper.

I have the material available in both formats and provide it in either or both formats based on client needs and requirements.

No, I still give out handouts in paper and booklets. I think people like to get things and it's something that has my branding so it's easy to find my contact info.
