I think they are well done and do not hurt at all. I do not think they bring business but do build and improve public perception.

We need a positive image so TV & Radio ads are essential.  Once we stop promoting the benefits of using a Realtor the Bill Gates, Trulia, Zillow's of the world will take over out industry.  We should all be promoting the benefits of using a Realtor even if they don't choose us.

If the NAR ads were not present the overwhelmingly dominate voice would be that from the darkside.

The dumb blond has got to go. I think someone at NAR has lost their common sense. "Lookie, here's one now!"

I do not have TV service for years. And most of people I know do not use TV service anymore. Who has patience for all those commercial breaks?!  So, I think, regular TV will be gone soon same way as newspapers.
