No I haven't either listed or represented a buyer trying to buy a home with disclosed sinkholes. By law in TN the seller has to disclose.

NO..However, when I was young, I was looking at a home to buy when the owner shows me a fireplace with a hole in the bottom of it. I said what this hole? He said he doesn't know, but he has been flushing all the ashes down it after every fire. Where does it go? I sez. He says, under the house. We both laughed thinking that there was either a sinkhole or a pyramid shaped mound under the house. I didn't buy the home btw
