Yes, many of them.
I filter a lot of email and regularly setup new filters for those that are not caught (e.g. new email addresses).
I don't, as I forget to look at those files. I need to see everything as it comes in and make a decision as to trashing, filing, saving.

Captain Wayne - Rowlett Real Estate School - Yes I filter email automatically using Gmail as a centralized point of capturing emails from five different accounts and filtering them. Some go to email file folders for managing and some are automatically deleted. I started this three years ago and it has work fine. Gmail also has a very effective spam filter too.

I use outlook and they are called "rules" and yes. I have certain emails go to certain folders and it makes life a lot easier.

I do with our local assocation. All those emails go into a folder and I read them when I have time.
