I received a call for a community that was outside of my service area and ignored it.  This person called again and then again.  Out of frustration I finally called them back.  They were informed that the community was in an area with a well, septice and acreabge and that I wasn't knowledgeable about the community or this type of property.  They insisted on working with me and I learned on the fly and sold them this $700,000 property.  They ended up being great people, clients and friends.  Who knew?

That is he either did not close of the appraisal came in low that he would get all the fees back from the lender that was spent for appraisal etc.

From a seller- They assumed they had 30 days to find a rental and move out after settlement, even though they had been told more than once that house should be vacant for final walk-thru.
