Not that I know of.
Many cities and towns are not very big. In many cases, agents are located close to the border of different cities and towns. It is not unusual for an agent to cover more than one city or town.
I guess it would depend which 2 adjacent cities you are talking about. Even without knowing I would say why not.
Two? I work in, at least, 20 cities. Cities of L.A. are like small areas jumped between heels.

Joshua - All the cities in our area blend together, and you can't really tell where one ends and the other begins. So I focus on three main cities, and one suburb of Phoenix. They are all within 10 miles of my home.
I concentrate on one County.
I have 3. Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples. I dumped Marco Island and Ft. Myers, just too far away.
I don't know how, but I 6 small towns is about 75% of my business

If you mean on Active Rain, no you need to choose a city.
However, you use both city names in when describing your area and you can blog about both.
