Perhaps today or next week the dow will be right back up. The concerns were not in the US but external so it is a short term dive only to come back. The real problems for real estate will start when they raise interest rates.

The DOW is industrials, there are many other ways of running this economy.  When the DOW goes down the bonds go up.

Good morning Winston. We have been heading in this direction for a while. The economy is pretty weak, in spite of what is being said. We are already at the lowest level of home ownership in nearly 40 years.

I'm not worried about it.  I'm putting money in the bank while I'm making it so I'm prepared for whatever comes.
