Not sure by what you mean by the "system." I'm coached by the Tom Ferry Group and like it. In the end, any coaching program you use is as effective as you make it.

ALL of these 'systems' including Tom Ferry are highly effective, but not for everyone.

The variable is the agent.

The one that will work for you is the one which you actually commit yourself to master. 

Agents will keep changing their system until they realize the only challenge they actually need to overcome is the IDWDT syndrome.

When the agent realizes that occasionally they must walk towards their fear rather than allow fear to control them, their business rockets to a higher level......and the system in place at that time may get the credit.

Yes and no

Tom Ferry or his father Mike Ferry.  Very effective if you commit to no less than 2 hours every single day doing nothing but cold calling and accepting the rejection.  You have to have a specific type of personality to do this just like the old carnival barkers.

Well, you have to start somewhere. Any system is good of you follow it. He did not really create anything new.

In our opinion, it is having the coaching or system that is right for you.  What is right for one is not necessarily right for another person.  When you watch athletes, they respond better to some coaches than others do and vice versa.  Finding the one who resonates with who you are is key.  

I like what Tom Ferry does, however, if I needed a coach I would not choose him, he does not resonate with who I am.  I would recommend that someone check him out.  A

I agree with Nina's comment. I have not used the system but I agree it will depend on you.
