 Good Wednesday morning Lise. I did not use video as much as I should. Mainly, it takes so long to produce good quality product. Thank you for the reminder though as I need to redo my website and read do a lot of the videos.

Our studies on high end buyers is that they are not interested in looking at videos of a home.  They would rather view photography comparable to Architectural Digest.  

The reason is that they want to look at a home in their own time frame and not at a dictated time frame of a video.   One of our clients who sells to the Ultra High Net Worth, stopped doing videos, and he states that once someone sees the video, they on many occasions don't want to see the home.

Now, we know that a video of a home does not tell the whole story...  A

I put the video on all blog posts about a property or neighborhood.   Put them individually up on G+ and Facebook.    On my web site, I put the videos on the respective page for the City or neighborhood.
