Do it right and it will be smooth sailing.

I have listed Fannie Mae REO properties and depending on the asset company, it could go either way as being a bad or good experience. I never worked with FM directly.

It is a shame how they choose to list and sell their homes. They choose too few agents to have too many listings, who often dont return calls, answer questions or even return an email. The GOOD REO agents get left out of the monopoly.
