IMO, Facebook Ads are not as good as Google and Bing for "Hot Leads" but can cost less and help your business expand by using it to build email marketing lists of warm leads. For example, targeting your specific location with a Facebook Ad and using it to build your real estate newsletter with local residents. When you do it right it would add a lot of value to your business.

Closed 4 via FB this year.
Debbie's personal page really draws both buyers and sellers. Our business page doesn't draw that much attention. I am NOT paying for anything on FB.

I have good interaction on my both my personal page and my business page. And I occassionally boost a post locally for 5.00 or so for a few days to get some extra eyes on it. Mixed results, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
