Al Bunch I'd say, just visit your local post office. No special service providers for that, to best of my knowledge.
They will be glad you want to do that.
And when it comes to printing part - ExpressCopy or any local companies including Staples can be good. They always offer great discounts.

Al, I use a local company in town that handles all of the printing and EDDM services for me. The USPS is a mess to deal with (unless you live in a small town where everyone is helpful) try contacting a local mailing company in your town I am sure they can help you out.

Vista Print is one and also the printing servces at Kinkos and Office Depot integrate well with EDDM. There is a number online you can call and the fellow in charge of EDDM will make recommendations too.

I used Vista Print and take advantage of their discounts. I often have 3 or 4 designs at various stage since they have discount several times a year.
