Has anyone experimented with Home Depot's Color Project App?

Home Depot recently put out an app to help people get a feel for different paint colors in an existing room of their home. The app has a library of colors and seems intuitive enough. With just the click of a button you can see a room painted a completely different color - and the image retains light values such as shadows and warmth.

What I want to know is "Have any real estate professionals been able to utilize the app to help customers see what 'could be'? Have similar apps or software been of use in the past?"
