Absolutely. I try to close Tuesday through Thursday between the 5^th and the 20^th of the month.

It depends. Who is the lender? is it because the buyer doesn't have a lot of up front funds for pre-paid interest? Typically I avoid it. That being said, this month we closed two on Friday and one today. One closed two weeks early (today) and the two Friday were both a week late.

Anytime of the month works for me, I actually prefer to do it earlier just to avoid the mass of people that do it towards the end. More mistakes happen towards the end of the month I've found.

No, our market is not so big that it causes much trouble. I do watch the calendar closely though and aim for everything needed for closing to be completed with days to spare.
